It's been a busy week and so I'm a little late in posting this!

I had the most AMAZING time last weekend working at Lisa Valentine Yoga retreat. The venue is absolutely beautiful and I had a wonderful time treating the yogis to their well deserved massage treatments along with Jo Belcher.

I was also super blessed to be able to help out in the kitchen and learn about (and eat) her wonderful healthy meals ... ( I washed up and helped serve, I take no credit for any of the cooking! 😂)

Also found some time to enjoy a wonderful evening sound bath from Jenny-Ann Topham

Huge thanks to everyone I worked with and the yogis for making the weekend an awesome experience

A very happy Mabon to all! As the wheel turns, the Autumn Equinox marks a time where we can give thanks for the fruits of our summer labours, and prepare for the darker (and cosier) nights ahead.

What a lovely early start to the day! The sun was shining, Buddha was looking serene among the spring crocus,
daffodils with faces to the sun and beautiful singing from the nesting birds.

What a great backdrop to provide a special foot massage to a new client as thanks for all her hard work voluntarily clearing the rubbish from our village paths and verges.

Exciting news ... Therapixie's super new treatment space is now open! 💜

I'm loving working from the cabin ... close to nature, enjoying the wonderful sounds of nesting birds, but also super warm and cosy.

A very Merry Christmas to all my clients and friends! Thank you all so much for your support throughout the year. Now is the time to pop my feet up and relax myself for a few days ... I do hope that you are all able to do the same!

Due to C19, it's been well over a year since I've been able to work at one of Lisa Valentine's wonderful yoga retreats.

It was lovely to get back there today providing relaxing hot stone full body massages for some of the yogis ... and I was blessed to be working in a cosy colour co-ordinating drawing room!
