This certified organic and vegan approved food supplement is rich in omega-3 with omegas 6&9. Made with a blend of organic flax seed, h**p, avocado, evening primrose and pumpkin seed oils for beautiful looking skin, hair and nails.

I suffer with hormonal acne and get really bad flare ups 🙄 I find that my skin is much calmer and less inflamed when I am using the Beauty Oil so I am delighted it’s back in stock as I had run out and my skin is particularly bad atm.

Having sensitive skin is the 2nd biggest skincare concern. There’s a common misconception that your skin is reacting to a product (ingredients within a product) but actually your skin may just be particularly sensitive at that time as the microbiome in the skin has become unbalanced. This can be due to many different factors including stress, hormones and certain foods. This means that you may have a reaction to a product one day and try a few days later and be fine as the sensitivity of your skin is constantly changing.

If you find you are constantly reacting to different products and are sick of wasting money buying more you may want to try switching to a sensitive range instead.

This whole range has been formulated to hydrate, soothe and relieve your skin. It contains anti inflammatory ingredients to help calm and minimise existing infection. It’s lightweight, allowing the skin to breathe and extra soothing when kept in the fridge.

There are also essential fatty acids in it which help to protect and strengthen the skin. These fatty acids rebuild and maintain the skin’s protective lipid barrier which helps to prevent future sensitivity and bring it back in to balance.

Sorry I have been super quiet on here. With lots of changes happening, life has gotten a little busier so I’ve had to take a step back from my Neal’s Yard business for the time being.

I will of course continue to support you if you have any questions ref skincare and well-being and will continue to place orders (every 2 weeks -Sunday) so please feel free to get in touch anytime. My webshop is also open to order from if you’d like your products to arrive sooner.

☕️ Taking a couple of mins to myself to enjoy my wee bright start tea, on this gorgeous sunny Sunday. Unfortunately I’m loaded with the stupid cold so no swim for me today.

Big girl starts back to school tomorrow (can’t quite believe it) & I had hoped to take her out somewhere for the day but with the way I’m feeling it looks like the back garden it is, aww well at least the sun is shining! ☀️
