Hello 🫶

I just thought I would pop on for a little update.

As most of you know at the start of this year I needed to take a step back from work to focus on things going on in my personal life.

I am so incredibly grateful for all your support over the past few months, especially from my amazing clients who’ve stuck by me through the ups and downs, last minute rescheduling, and the joys of working from home with little ones running around 😅
You’ve all helped me more than you know, especially to be able to open up about my experiences and hear some wise words of wisdom, it’s reminded me of how amazing this community is and girls supporting girls 🫶

This time away has given me the space to start a much needed healing journey, finding peace, learning self love and finding a sense of purpose again.

It has also given me the chance to reflect on my why
! I want to continue to help other women start up a life that they truly deserve!

Over the last few weeks I have been slowly working behind the scenes as I start to rebuild a new life and start focusing on what really matters ✨

With that being said there will be a few exciting changes coming over the next few months; all positive off course 🤭
