A Message from Kimmie’s Nails & Spa

I wasn’t going to respond, but I feel I should. Staying silent only allows more misinformation about our salon to spread.

We always respect every customer’s opinion, but we’d like to clarify one important point.

Some customers have their nails done at our salon and later have them removed elsewhere. If the removal is painful or damages the natural nails, it doesn’t automatically mean the products we use are poor quality. In fact, professional BIAB is designed to be strong and long-lasting, which is why it can last 4–6 weeks. Because of this, it also requires an experienced nail technician to remove it safely without damaging the natural nail.

Cheap products don’t usually last as long and are often much easier to remove.

At Kimmie’s Nails & Spa, if we ever cause you pain during your appointment, we will take full responsibility. If you’re unhappy with our service, we would rather fix the issue than have you leave disappointed, and we will always stand behind our work.

Our goal has always been to provide quality products and long-lasting results that are worth every penny.
