I’ve updated a post on my story but I wanted to share on here just incase anyone hasn’t seen it.

Following up from a physio appointment today I’ve been advised to finish work a lot earlier than I have planned or expected to. My body unfortunately isn’t coping well with work and isn’t healing as it should be as it’s crying out for me to slow down and rest. I can barely walk or move in the evenings when I finish work and I’ve been trying my absolute hardest to fight through that however I’ve been warned if I continue to go on how I am that I’m going to end up putting myself into hospital which is the last thing I want for me or baby!

You’re defo taught in this industry to work through every struggle and just get on with it and anyone knows me knows that’s exactly what I’d choose to do. However it’s at the point now where my body physically can’t take it anymore.

My plan is to finish up next Friday 19th December so all the remaining appointments this month are still going ahead as planned so please do not panic, I just won’t be filling any cancellations I have between now and then.

I am back at physio at the end of the month in which I will check in with her after a break over Christmas if she feels I will be fit to work at all in January and if that is the case I will possibly try to do a day here and there. However for now all January appointments will unfortunately be cancelled if your reading this post and have booked a January I’d kindly ask that you go ahead and cancel it, otherwise I will be messaging all clients individually over the next couple of days.

I’m incredibly sorry that it’s came to this and believe me when I say no one would be anymore gutted about this than I am! Can’t thank you all enough for your loyalty over the years.
