I'm proud to be involved with once again. Not in a playing capacity these days, but there to provide injury management and player rehabilitation, on and off the field 💪 We can't wait for the season opener against Welshpool tomorrow 🏈

Apart from blending into walls at Bangor University, I'm actually studying to become a physiotherapist 🧑‍🎓 I'm super excited to qualify and continue to help people move better 💪

It's a privilege being able to help people overcome pain and carry on doing what they love 🙏

So it was my turn at 5.30 to have a treatment with Richard Clair STEP ZERO - Sports Massage at Fusion II

So after a crazy busy week at the salon my shoulders were in bits 🥹

35 years of creating amazing hair takes its toll 🤣

It’s a month since my last treatment and this being my 3rd with Richard I am really feeling the benefits 🙏💥
