IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hi girlie's I hope you are all keeping well 💞 I am due back to work in the new year and after a lot of thinking i have taken the decision not to return to work 😢

Life is so busy with the 3 children and as most of you know Nancy has additional needs which require a lot of my time. I have always been so passionate about my business and given it 100% and with everything else going on I just wouldn't be able to give it my all right now. It is not a decision I have taken lightly but right now I need to put my family first. I hope I haven't let anyone down and I hope you all understand.

I want to take this opportunity to say a big huge massive thank you for choosing me and trusting me with your locks. Without you girls the dream would never have become a reality and I am so so grateful to each and every one of you ❤️ I will miss all the transformations and especially miss the chats. I wish you all well and thank you so much 😘

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hey girlie's I hope you are all well and coping OK in these horrible times 💪 I have to say I can't believe we are still in this situation 😕

As you all know I am due a baby in May. Like last time I was hoping to work right up until my due date and then take time off after but I've had to unfortunately rethink that plan 😭
I've now been advised by the midwifes and consultants to stop work from 28 weeks as pregnant women are classed as higher risk from 28 weeks and unfortunately in my line of work social distancing is just not an option. 😢

On top of that Nancy has health problems which make her vulnerable, and there's a chance the new baby may now also have the same problems as Nancy. 💔 As much as I'd love to get back to work ASAP and see you all, i think I would be very irresponsible to go against the medical advice and if anything happened I would never forgive myself.

I'm really sorry, this is really not a decision I have taken lightly and I feel absolutely dreadful letting everyone down, especially after being closed for a lot of last year, but it's just not a risk I'm willing to take and I feel I need to do what's best for everyone and I hope you understand ❤️

This means from 6th March I will be closed for maternity leave. obviously the current restrictions are in place until 5th March, meaning that I will not be back to work before my maternity leave starts. Not how or when I wanted to start maternity but once again thank you covid 😠 I plan to reopen Jan 2022 by which point I'm hoping the covid situation will have settled down and we will have found our feet as a family of 5 😍

In the meantime if anyone needs any advice on removals please get in touch so I can talk you through it. Once again I really am so sorry for letting you down and I want to thank you all for your support over the years and for making my little dream become a reality. I hope you all stay safe and keep well, and I'm looking forward to catching up with you all in the new year ❤️

Hey girlie's so we are going into another lock down on 26th Dec for 6 weeks 😭 I still have a few appointments left between now and Xmas if anyone would like in for maintenance/removal. Priority will be given to those already booked for Jan ❤️
Unfortunately I will not be taking on any more new clients until the end of this lock down. If you have already had a consultation and paid a deposit don't panic, you're still booked in 💗

💟 Clients must please wear a mask - I know this is something I haven't done previously and I'm sorry to ask but with Nancy's upcoming appointments and my ongoing pregnancy it's now something I feel is essential for everyone's safety.

💟 Please sanitise your hands upon arrival

💟 Please come to your appointment alone

💟 Please arrive on time - the next week is insanely busy and unfortunately if you are more than 10 minutes late I will not be able to do your appointment

💟 If you are feeling unwell or you or oanyone in your household has covid symptoms please reschedule

💟 Please wrap up warm as unfortunately the window must be left open for air to circulate and it can get very cold

Girls im lost for words. It's just been decided that whilst I can reopen tomorrow I will have to close again the following week 😭 I genuinely can't believe it.
My inbox is going absolutely crazy and I promise I will get back to you all ASAP. Unfortunately next week Nancy is getting an mri brain scan on Wed and because of her age this will be done under general anaesthetic which means they have to admit her. That means she needs a covid test which is booked for Monday morning. After the covid test my family have to isolate until the mri meaning I cannot work on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. That leaves me Friday, Saturday and Thursday to fit in 2 weeks of clients and given that the diary was already fully booked this is going to be crazy. I'm trying my best to arrange some extra childcare so that I can make some more free time ❤️
Everyone booked in between now and next Friday your appointment WILL NOT change. For everyone booked in the week after I'll contact you all and try to squeeze you in as best I can 😘
