While we know you are all at home doing a happy dance at the amazing news of us reopening we are asking if everyone can please be patient with us 🙏🏻
We love you all equally but we need to have a fair system set in place for all appointments being rebooked. Please do not ring the salon looking for appointments 💜

We will be contacting you in order of appointments that were previously cancelled and these will be allocated first.

After this the phone lines will be open to take new bookings. **Please note that Individual stylists will not be able to make bookings for you. All appointments will only be dealt with through reception to avoid any mistakes 🥰

To ensure that everyone will be able to work safely the salon will be open 7 days a week this is so we are able to keep everyone spaced out and at a safe distance. This may mean that some stylists will be working different hours/days to allow for this.

We will also be working from a different menu of treatments which we will announce over the next few days. This will be temporary and means that we will be doing shorter appointments to allow us to see more clients so that everyone can have their hair done and once the rush is finished then we will go back to normal appointments.
