One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when dieting is not eating enough protein.
Protein can help you:
✅ Stay fuller for longer
✅ Support muscle retention during fat loss
✅ Reduce cravings
✅ Make sticking to a calorie deficit easier
These are my go-to protein sources:
🥚 Egg Whites
🥩 Lean Mince
🍗 Chicken Breast
🧀 Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
🥣 Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
🐟 Tuna
None of these foods are magic, but they make it much easier to hit your protein target without using up too many calories.
If you're in a calorie deficit and struggling with hunger, take a look at where your protein intake is currently sitting. A few simple swaps can make a huge difference.

Wow... I genuinely did not expect the response my run club would receive! 🤯
Firstly, thank you to every single person who has liked, shared, commented, messaged, or signed up. The support has been incredible.
