WalknTalk – Mental Health Support Group

We are pleased to invite you to our Weekly Meet & Greet on Monday, 3rd November.

Every Monday We will be at Bargoed Church Hall, Church Place Bargoed CF818RP. - https://www.facebook.com/share/16r9pum5r5/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Come along for a friendly chat and a cuppa. This is a safe, supportive space where you can talk about what’s going on in your life, share how you’re feeling, or simply listen and connect with others who understand.

We know that everyone struggles at times, but together we can overcome challenges and take steps toward recovery.

You don’t have to go through it alone – let’s walk and talk through it, together.

Due to latest news from the welsh government I will unfortunately be closed from tonight. This means all appointments will now have to be rearranged when lockdown eventually eases.
