This has taken a long time to pluck up the courage and say (so please be kind)
This little girl is my absolute reason for everything in life from the day I saw those 2 lines! To now, over 2 years later!
But I won't lie it hasn't been easy. For 11 months, I hid the fact that I was struggling! There was something wrong, but I couldn't admit it to myself, so how could I admit to anybody else?
I suffer from postnatal OCD and anxiety, and that is ok! Well, I know that now! I take medication, and I have counselling!
All the panic attacks, sleepless nights, tears, stress, and feeling so broken! Is worth it for my little Blake, and I would do it a million times over for her!
I hope she grows up knowing that it was all because she was wanted so much and loved so dearly!
And do you know what? Here at Loops and Bonds, my door will always be open, and the kettle can be on in seconds! Please know that you are not alone, and this will always be a safe space, be that for perinatal, postnatal, and mental health! I am here, and so is my smalls if you need to have a giggle with a very feisty independent little 2 year old 😀
