•Please be patient during this time, it’s the busiest time of the year! All messages will be replied to when possible !

•Please be extra careful with nails during this time (wrapping,picking cello tape etc) as with it being so busy may not be any space for nail repairs.

•Please turn up to appointments on time,anything later than 10/15 minutes (depending on treatment) will have to be cancelled.

•A 50% deposit is taken during this time, which will then be taken off final payment on day. If you cancel or no show your appointment less than 24hours before time then you will loose your deposit.
