Dear salon guests, we would like to thank everyone who has pre-booked their December appointment, we are really looking forward to working our magic on your festive hair! 2021 has been a financially difficult year for the salon and our team. Every stylist’s personal income is dependent on being able to fulfil their appointments, so late cancellations directly effect stylists’ income. We understand that plans can change, but should you choose to alter or cancel an appointment within 48 hours we respectfully reserve the right to implement our 50% cancellation charge. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
