After 40 amazing years in hairdressing, Dawn Platts has decided to retire. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked alongside her and to have learned so much — her passion and dedication has built something really special at Level Two Hair Studio 💛

I’m so proud (and a little emotional!) to say that I will be taking over Level Two Hair Studio. This salon means so much to me, and I’m truly grateful for the trust and support I’ve already been shown.

My aim is to keep everything you already love — the friendly atmosphere, familiar faces, and great service — while slowly introducing some new ideas, treatments, and opportunities to grow the salon even further.

Thank you to all our lovely clients for your continued support over the years. I’m really looking forward to this next chapter and to welcoming you all into the salon as it continues its journey ✨
