There’s a big difference between making lips bigger and restoring what’s gradually been lost over time.

This patient wasn’t looking for a new lip shape or a noticeable change. Over the years, her lips had simply become flatter, the border had softened and some of the fullness she used to have had disappeared. That’s incredibly common as collagen and tissue support decline, particularly from our forties onwards, and it needs a much more thoughtful approach than simply adding volume.

Here, the aim was to restore some of that lost structure, improve definition along the lip border, and add a little softness and hydration, all while keeping the proportions in keeping with her face. The result is subtle, but that’s exactly the point. Her lips look fresher, more supported and more like they used to.
