✨️ Hello.... I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

🧘‍♀️ I'm Helen, the face behind Myogi Studio.

🌿 I'm passionate about helping women move with more ease, feel stronger, and find a little calm in the middle of busy lives.

💫 My studio is a small, cosy space where everyone is welcome, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

🧡 This September I'm so excited to introduce my new Yoga for Strength & Longevity classes designed especially to help build strength, improve balance, support bone health, and keep us moving well through midlife and beyond.

🫶 I truly believe yoga is so much more than stretching. It's about finding confidence in your body, calming the mind and creating time for yourself.

🙏 Thank you for being here and supporting my little studio. Whether you've been coming for years or you're thinking of joining for the first time, I'd love to welcome you onto the mat.
