Yoga with Juliebelle starts this Sunday 18th February and onwards.
Fremington Parish Hall, Higher Road. All welcome mixed abilities, yoga can be for everyone, no judgement, just enjoy the flow as your good body I to one pose to another.
17.30 to 18.35, £8. Asana poses, meditation, relaxation with singing bowl. Bring yoga mat, blanket, bottle of water.
