At Wellness Retreat, your safety is always our priority. 🤍

Please remember that patch testing is required every 6 months, in line with our insurance guidance, to help ensure your treatment can be carried out as safely as possible.

Even if you’ve had the treatment before or have never experienced a reaction, your sensitivity can change over time — which is why keeping your patch test up to date is so important.

💚 We just wanted to share a quick update regarding our pricing starting today....

1st October 2026.

Due to a steady increase in business expenses, We will be making a small adjustment to SOME of our pricing going forward.

❤️ This hasn’t been an easy decision, and its something we have not done for 3 years but it’s necessary to continue providing the quality of service you all expect and deserve from Wellness Retreat.

Some of the rising costs as a business include:

• Insurance
• Gas & electricity
• Equipment maintenance
• Cost of products and supplies

As well as the time spent outside of appointments for all the behind the scenes:

• Organising bookings and admin
• Continued training to provide you the best range of services to you
• Cleaning and preparing the therapy rooms
• PAT testing and fire safety checks
• Building maintenance

We do truly appreciate all of your continued support, It means a lot to us and we are so greatful to have our amazing clients

Meet Izabella, or Bella as we know her, our youngest member of the Wellness Retreat team. 🤍

Bella has a real passion for all things beauty and already has her sights set on an exciting future in the industry, with hopes of pursuing a career in Nail Technology when she leaves school. 💅✨

You’ll find Bella with us on Saturdays and during the school holidays, where she plays an important role in supporting our therapists and helping everything run smoothly.

She also gets involved with our Mini Pamper Parties, providing mini treatments and helping to make the experience extra special for our younger guests. 🎀💗

From assisting our therapists to helping with the day-to-day running of the therapy rooms, Bella is a much-valued member of our little team, and we love having her with us.
