We are incredibly busy at the moment, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Most appointments are now booking around 2 weeks in advance, and we have waiting lists for many treatments.

If you know you can’t make your appointment, we’d really appreciate 24 hours’ notice where possible. It means we can offer your appointment to someone who’s been patiently waiting for one. 🩷

We completely understand that life happens (trust us, we get it! 😂), and we will always do everything we can to accommodate our lovely clients. If we can move appointments around or help, we absolutely will.

Unfortunately, missed appointments (no-shows) without notice will be charged at the full appointment cost. When an appointment is missed, it’s time that could have been offered to another client.

BAD spokesperson Professor Tess McPherson joined Kerry Katona and her daughter Heidi on the Good Morning Britain sofa this morning to discuss the growing use of anti-ageing skincare by children and young people, following last week’s ITV investigation.

The conversation explored the potential harm these products can cause to developing skin. Kerry and Heidi also shared valuable insights into the pressures facing parents and young people as they navigate skincare trends and online influence.

There needs to be clearer information when products are not suitable for children, helping families make informed choices.
