Soul Healing Aromatics

This month I pulled out Forgiveness from my oracle deck 🤍
Forgiveness isn't about saying what happened was ok - it's about setting YOUR heart free. Like the waterfall in the image, it's time to let the old hurt wash away & allow the light to come flooding back in.
Whether you need to forgive another or forgive yourself, know that you deserve that peace. Let yourself & let the light hold you again 💖

Friday - Gratitude 🙏

I'm so grateful for all the beautiful souls who find their way to me. I have so much gratitude. My woo woo heart isn't for everyone & I honour that - I know my people will always find me ✨
Tonight when your head hits the pillow think about the things you are grateful for 💖

And just like that..it is October🍁
Just like the autumn leaves, we are meant to let go softly & trust the wind. As nature slows down, so should we - no rushing to what's next. The magic is in this moment, so let's savour it 🍂🍁🎃

Tuesday. Self Care 💗
You pour so much love into everyone else, today pour some back into YOU.
Hold your heart gently, beautiful soul, you are worthy of your own love too.
You are enough, just as you are.
