What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?✨️

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialist treatment using light, rhythmic movements designed to support the natural flow of the lymphatic system

It may be particularly helpful for feelings of puffiness or swollen limbs, periods of reduced movement or long hours spent sitting, and can also be used as part of recovery following certain injuries or surgery when medically appropriate.

It can equally be enjoyed simply as a gentle treatment to support general wellbeing and relaxation.

My MLD treatment also includes gentle dry body brushing alongside the manual techniques, creating a complete Relax & Restore experience. ✨

There are two options:

🌼Manual Lymphatic Drainage - 60 minutes | £65

🌼Manual Lymphatic Drainage + Face & Scalp - 90 minutes | £85

An extended treatment including facial lymphatic drainage, facial Gua Sha and relaxing scalp work.
