💗 A LITTLE REMINDER FROM ME 💗

I really don’t like having to make posts like this, but I feel like it needs saying after the amount of no-shows and last-minute cancellations I’ve had over the past few weeks.

I completely understand that things happen - people get poorly, plans change and sometimes things are genuinely out of our control. But when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, or someone simply doesn’t turn up, that appointment is very unlikely to be filled again.

My appointments are my income, and every appointment I set aside is time that I could otherwise be spending at home with my little girl. Honestly, after the amount of appointments I’ve lost recently, I’d rather be at home with her than sitting in my beauty room waiting for someone who isn’t going to turn up. 🥺💗

So please, please be mindful when booking with me. If you can’t make your appointment, I completely understand - I just ask that you give me as much notice as possible.

✨ My cancellation policy:
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the appointment.
• Cancellations/no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments that are simply missed, may be charged 100% of the appointment.
• If you need to cancel or rearrange, please message me as soon as you possibly can.
• The policy applies to all clients, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

I don’t enjoy charging cancellation fees and I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable messaging me if something happens. I would much rather you communicate with me than just not turn up. 🫶🏼

But I also need to protect my little business, my time and my income. I hope you can understand that. 💗
