Our Sound Bath and Reiki session will leave you feeling; deeply relaxed, calm, rebalanced and restored.
Whilst helping to:
Reduce; stress, anxiety, depression & pain
Promote; relaxation, sleep, self care, mental health, positivity, boost the immune system, your general health and wellbeing along with many other things, bringing peace and harmony to your mind body and soul.✨

Thank you to all the beautiful people who have attended our Soul Angels Sessions in the community since September. It has been amazing!! Thankyou to all our fantastic volunteer therapists on who have delivered over 250 therapies 💜 The project is now closed for the Summer and we hope to secure more funding to return in September 💜 Lynn will continue with Tai Chi until late September xx
