Upcoming Appointments already booked,without deposits are SAFE and will apply from following on bookings # # Hi guys. Sorry for the long post. Following a really quiet couple of weeks, can I just remind everyone that I will no longer be able to book anyone in for an appointment without the 50% deposit required to secure that appointment. You will have the chance to change that appointment time/day and keep deposit if it is done before 72hours of the appointment. If you need to change an appointment after this time, then the deposit will need to be paid again to secure it. If you have to cancel within 24hours of the appointment (which I know can happen without fault) then the full payment for next appointment will be needed to secure it. I run my business mainly on my regulars and so I struggle to fill the appointment, and also am not in a position where I can afford to lose the money at short notice. For my clients with regular slots on regular days ect, the deposit will only need to be paid for the upcoming appointment, not each one booked. Thanks all again for your continued support. I hope you can all understand this and know that I'm only being strict now with this to save my business. For anyone that has an appointment in without deposit at the moment,dont worry, appointment is still secure, and deposits will then come into place for the next upcoming appointment going forward.Thanks all. Happy New Year everyone! Just a quick reminder to all, that going forward a 50% non refundable deposit will be required when booking in for an appointment, your appointment will not be booked without this. You have up to 48 hours to change the appointment if you need to, but if the appointment is cancelled or changed within the 48hours, then the deposit will need to be paid again as it's too late for me to fill it and I can't afford to lose the time. If you are a regular client that has booked in for multiple appointments, the deposit will only need to be paid once,at your next appointment and will carry over for the next ect. And all of your dates are still secure so don't worry 🩷 Thank you for understanding that I need to do this to keep my business afloat due to so many last minute cancellations that I can't fill. Hi everyone. Firstly I want to thank everyone for their continued support in my business! But unfortunately as of immediately effect, I will be requiring a 50% non refundable deposit to secure any future appointments that are made from now onwards,which can be changed up to 48hours prior,any closer and you will need to repay the 50% as it’s too short notice for me to fill the space. Please don’t panic though about appointments already made it’s just going forward. So please can everyone make sure not to ask for appointments unless you can secure the appointment with this deposit. I’ve had to make this decision as I am constantly being let down last minute leaving me short for my own bills and unable to pay myself. And I can’t keep going on this way and may need to find another job if this doesn’t work. Also,if you are a regular client with regular slots,then those appointments will still stand for you and you will only be required to pay 50% for the next appointment,not everyone. I hope this makes sense and everyone understands why I have to do this. I lost alot of money just before my holiday which has left me questioning my business. And that’s not what I wanted as I love my job. And love you all. But see no other way to go forward.
