Happy New Year everyone! Just a quick reminder to all, that going forward a 50% non refundable deposit will be required when booking in for an appointment, your appointment will not be booked without this. You have up to 48 hours to change the appointment if you need to, but if the appointment is cancelled or changed within the 48hours, then the deposit will need to be paid again as it's too late for me to fill it and I can't afford to lose the time. If you are a regular client that has booked in for multiple appointments, the deposit will only need to be paid once,at your next appointment and will carry over for the next ect. And all of your dates are still secure so don't worry 🩷 Thank you for understanding that I need to do this to keep my business afloat due to so many last minute cancellations that I can't fill. Hi everyone. I’m on annual leave from today until Wednesday so if anyone needs an appointment can you message me before 1 o’clock today please,then my appointment book will be closed until Wednesday,and I will pick messages up then. Please don’t forget there is a 50% deposit needed to secure the booking. Hi everyone. Firstly I want to thank everyone for their continued support in my business! But unfortunately as of immediately effect, I will be requiring a 50% non refundable deposit to secure any future appointments that are made from now onwards,which can be changed up to 48hours prior,any closer and you will need to repay the 50% as it’s too short notice for me to fill the space. Please don’t panic though about appointments already made it’s just going forward. So please can everyone make sure not to ask for appointments unless you can secure the appointment with this deposit. I’ve had to make this decision as I am constantly being let down last minute leaving me short for my own bills and unable to pay myself. And I can’t keep going on this way and may need to find another job if this doesn’t work. Also,if you are a regular client with regular slots,then those appointments will still stand for you and you will only be required to pay 50% for the next appointment,not everyone. I hope this makes sense and everyone understands why I have to do this. I lost alot of money just before my holiday which has left me questioning my business. And that’s not what I wanted as I love my job. And love you all. But see no other way to go forward.
