⭐️Please note that the quickest way to book an appointment is to pop in the shop. We would only reply to messages & calls after we finish all the pre-booked clients , this is to avoid any delays.

⭐️Recently we have had a few no-show and late arrival which affected us as a small business . Please only book in if you really need the appointment and can 100% come. For late arrival , please get in touch to see if we can accomodate it or not.

⭐️Book for what you need in advance because we might not have time for any extra services.

⭐️Any appointment will be allocated a timeslot for a basic design . If we don't receive the inpo pictures well beforehand , we might need to rearrange your appointment if the design requires extra time to achieve☺️☺️☺️

✨️As mentioned few months ago , the price increase has been in place since June . For the moment , we are still using the old loyalty card . These will be replaced very soon .

✨️The quickest way to book any appointment is to pop in because phone calls/messages will not be replied to if we are busy.

✨️Regarding vouchers , if they are about to expire , please bring them in as soon as you can to extend them . We will not accept any expired voucher from now on .

🎈 We will be close on the 25th of May - Bank Holiday - and will be back as usual on Tuesday the 26th .

🎈As mentioned previously , there will be a small increase in our prices and this will take effect from Monday the 8th of June.

The increase will be as following :

⭐️Acrylic extensions : £33 (one gel colour included)

⭐️Acrylic infills : £28 (one gel colour included)

⭐️Ombre full set (acrylics/airbrush) : £37

⭐️Ombre infills : £32 (if do-able , if not , then a full removal will be needed)

⭐️Gel polish on natural nails : £22 (one gel colour included and if no old gel removal is required)

⭐️Gel polish on toes nails : £22 (one gel colour included , without old gel removal , if this is required , then it will be £24)

⭐️Prices vary depending on the length and nail arts as well so please get in touch if there's any enquiry.

⭐️We will still be using the old loyalty cards (with the old prices) until these run out. But the new prices will be in place from the 8th of June.

🎈We have stopped and will not be offering ordinary nail varnish.

🎈CASH is our preffered payment methode.

🎈During busy days , we won't be able to be on the phone often so please , if you would like to book in , just pop in or leave us a message . We will get back to you as soon as we can .

🎈Recently , we have had a lot of late arrival , last last minutes cancellation or no-show. Therefore , we will need to put in some rules to keep our business running smoothly.

⭐️Please , book ahead if you know that you have an event or holiday coming. Sometimes , the last minute appointment we have might not be suitable for you 🙁

⭐️Any no-call no-show client will be cancelled in the future and will not be be able to make any prebooked appointment (walk-ins will be welcome if available)

⭐️For late arrival , please contact us because we might have to reschedule your appointment . We are usually flexible but cannot always guarantee that late arrival are permitted.

⭐️Please book for the treatments you need. We cannot always accomodate extra treatments on the day even if it "only takes 10 minutes" . This will cause delays for other appointments.

⭐️For nail arts , intricate nail designs , please send us the inspo well before just to make sure we have enough time or the design is achievable .

⭐️Also , please , do not expect us to replicate 100% what is in the picture . Most of the time , the outcome depends also on the length/shape of the nailss as well and we don't have "that exact shade" of colour as shown in the inspo pic so yes , it will not look identical.
