While I have been away I've been using my time effectively - and carrying on from yesterdays post I've taken opportunities to further my business.

So am I now proud to say I am fully qualified in Infrared therapy. So watch this space to see how I'll be incorporating it within my business. 😊

Its Wednesday again! Honestly these days are whizzing by! And this is the 1st Wednesday of August!!

♡ Todays Wellness Wednesday is National Opportunity Day and is to act as a reminder that it’s never too late to go back to college and work toward changing the trajectory of life’s path!

♡ So take the opportunity whenever it arises - you never know where it could take you.

This is definitely a Feel Good Friday feeling today. Hope you all are having a nice day too - and remember to get your pools filled up before the hosepipe ban happens on Monday.

Wellness Wednesday - since being on holiday for the last few days I have realised how busy I have been for the last few months (I'm not complaining - I do love it, just nice to chill)

So today is a remind to look after you - do something you want to do, whether thats a bath in peace, a massage, or just something you have wanted to do, make time for you.
