What a busy May it has been. Life can be so busy, we can get caught up in rushing through. Mindfulness can teach us to pause and appreciate where we are. There are so many little gifts of joy to experience when we focuss on the present.

I have taken time off this half term to be with family. Any messages or emails will get answered on Monday. X

How lovely is the April sunshine, I have spent a lot more time outside this month so far. Seeing everything start to come to life again. Nature has a way of showing us how environment is essential for flourishment. This has made me think of April as a month for creating, having new ideas, goal setting and checking in on our own environment, so that we too can flourish.

Back to work today after a lovely couple of weeks...Looking forward to seeing you all # # #
