The reason for my radio silence… I became a mummy to our little Gigi 🤍

and just like that… maternity leave begins 🤍

Writing this feels really emotional. This journey hasn’t just been about work, it’s been about growing (quite literally) alongside the most supportive, understanding clients I could ever ask for.

Thank you for listening to all my worries about becoming a mum, the fears around labour, and everything in between. Thank you for sticking by me, being patient, and showing me so much kindness while I navigated pregnancy, especially through the tougher weeks (& months) of severe sickness. I’ll never forget how supported I’ve felt during this time!

I’ll be taking the next few weeks to slow down, rest, and get ready for the arrival of our baby girl 💕

When I return, I’ll be working a reduced schedule, with a pricing restructure and a few little updates to the cabin to freshen things up.

I’m planning to be off until the end of June. Any updates regarding my return will be shared here.
If you’re an existing client and would like to be kept up to date on what my return will look like, including working days, hours, and the opportunity to book in before appointments are released publicly, you’re welcome to message me directly. For new clients, any earlier return or additional availability will be announced here once confirmed.

This year truly changed everything… in ways I once only dreamt of.

I left my teaching career and took the leap into self-employment, built a cabin in the garden, and celebrated opening the doors to a business I’m so proud of. I became fully booked and, for the first time, had to stop taking on new clients, something I’ll always be grateful for.

Alongside my business, life at home changed too. We welcomed our Chow Chow, Honey, and just days later found out our family was growing in another, very special way.

I got married and learned more this year than I ever expected. I learned how to slow down, adapt when things felt uncertain, trust my instincts, and back myself through big changes.

Next year will look different. I’ll be stepping into life as a mummy and taking time to adjust to a very new chapter 🤍

I always regret not taking before photos!

My client has naturally rounded brows, which can sometimes give the appearance of less hair especially under the arch.

Brow lamination softens and relaxes the hair, allowing it to be repositioned so the brows sit fuller and more evenly. A hybrid stain is then used to gently stain both the skin and the finer baby hairs beneath the natural brow shape, helping to create the look of added density where it’s needed most.

You can see the centre of the brow appears slightly deeper in colour, this is where there is naturally more hair, by applying more stain to the skin to fill in the shape, the brows now appear fuller and thicker.
