Here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after your treatment:

Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours to minimise bruising. Arrive with clean skin and let us know about any medical history.

▫️ Aftercare essentials
No touching, rubbing, or makeup on the treated area for at least 24 hours. Skip saunas, facials, and heavy exercise for a couple of days to let everything settle beautifully.

▫️ Your results
Expect some mild swelling or redness initially — this is completely normal. Final results will gradually appear over the next few days, leaving you looking refreshed, not overdone ✨
