With the businesses one year anniversary soon approaching, it enables time for reflection. I absolutely adore looking at what my labels looked like this time last year and what they are now… I can’t wait to see what the eventual label will be that will bring me the most satisfaction and makes me go ‘that’s it I’ll never change it again’

Business has been a whirlwind!! I’ve learnt so much in such a short space of time, I’ve formulated and created a product from the ground up, I’ve worked with my graphic designer to achieve the perfect look for the packaging, I’ve worked with so many small businesses/ more established businesses, I entered a balm in the free from skincare awards and placed as a finalist, I’ve made a website from scratch, marketed, sent one trillion emails, labelled thousands of balms and scrubs by hand. The list goes on 🤣 but I’ve most of all, been humbled in the greatest of ways.

Business has enabled me to learn so many things about myself and others. If I feel like this after a year, I can’t wait to see how I feel after 10.

Since launching whysees, I have launched two other businesses, made it to my third and final year of my neuroscience degree and continued to work in healthcare.

If you want something, CHASE IT. One day it will all pay off, I haven’t hit my day yet but I have a love/hate relationship with the process (we’re working on it). I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m so glad I started 👏
