I Love My Life
I do love my life. Even through seasons of hardship, I can look around me and see so much beauty to be grateful for.
Life can bring grief, loss and outside circumstances we have no control over. Sometimes they take us down a difficult path for a while, and that’s part of being human.
I have so much love for the people in my life, for those who walk beside me, support me, make me laugh and fill my days with connection. I’m grateful for each of them, and for the love we share.
And, in time, we can find our way back to I love my life. I have gratitude for this life. I appreciate this life and all the beauty, love and connection that surround me.
Thank you to all who are part of my world 🌎
Let's celebrate it with: "I LOVE MY LIFE 💖
Love and light,

Hello lovely ones 🤍
I’m back! ✨
I set my treatment room up yesterday afternoon, ready for a lovely busy week ahead, and I’m so looking forward to seeing you all again. Both in the treatment room in Farleigh Wallop and on the mat at Preston Candover Village Hall.
🔥 This week’s yoga theme is The Fire Within: reconnecting with that inner spark, strength and energy that lives within us.
I’m also fully booked for massage therapy and Reiki healing this week, which I’m incredibly grateful for.
Thank you so much for continuing to support me and Human Kind. It truly means such a lot.
It feels so good to be back, and I can’t wait to see you all 💚
Love & light,
Evie xx

As we enter Libra season and welcome the autumn equinox, this quote came to mind:
“I see beauty everywhere, and I am connected to all things.”
It felt especially meaningful after a surprise encounter on my dog walk with this beautiful little shrew. He wasn’t doing very well and was circling around, and I simply couldn’t leave him without giving him a chance.
I managed to get him safely to Hart Wildlife Rescue Centre, where he seems to be doing well. Hopefully, I’ll be able to collect him and release him back where I found him when he is ready 🤎
Sometimes being connected to all things means noticing when even the smallest creature needs our help and doing what we can to place them in the hands of those who know best.
The world can sometimes feel as though it is trying to divide us, but when we look up, look around and truly notice, I believe we are far more connected, to one another, to nature and to every living thing, than we are disconnected.
A little reminder to look for beauty everywhere, including within yourself, and to remember that you are connected to all things. 🍂✨

🍂 Welcoming in the Autumn Equinox 🍂
Sitting on my bench, as I often do in the mornings to welcome the day, I’m noticing that the sun is rising a little later, the daylight is growing shorter, and nature is gently beginning to change.
Throughout the summer, I’ve loved watching these baby pine cones grow and develop a beautiful little reminder that so much can be unfolding, even when we don’t notice it from day to day.
The Autumn Equinox offers us a moment to pause and reflect on what has gone well, to appreciate the year so far, and perhaps begin thinking about what we’re ready to carry forward and what we might gently let go of.
Here’s to welcoming this new season and all the beauty it brings. 🍁

Feeling so thankful to work alongside two wonderful women, each bringing something special to the events we’re creating together. ✨
On Sunday 22nd November, 2–5pm, Melanie of Melanie Grace Art and I are hosting a playful afternoon of yoga and Christmas decoration making in Preston Candover. A little movement, creativity and festive joy! 🎄
Then on Saturday 12th December, I’ll be joining Charlotte of Let It Go Meditation for another event. We’re still putting the details together, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
I feel very lucky to create these moments with Melanie and Charlotte, and I’d love for you to join us. 🤍
Love and light,

✨ Wednesday Wisdom ✨
This is something I’ve been learning over the six months since my sister Jen unexpectedly passed away.
I miss her every single day, often at the most unexpected moments. There are times when the sorrow feels incredibly intense but there have also been unexpected moments of joy.
I’m learning to notice those moments. To let myself laugh, smile and enjoy something beautiful without feeling that it takes anything away from how deeply I love and miss her.
And I often share those joyful moments with her. It might sound strange to some, but I still talk to Jen. Our relationship hasn’t ended, it’s simply different now.
Grief and joy can exist within the very same heartbeat.
Even when life feels incredibly difficult, there can still be joy to find, sometimes in the smallest and simplest of things.
This is, of course, my own experience. Everyone’s journey through grief is different, and there is no right or wrong way to travel through it.
Grief doesn’t only come from losing someone through death, either. We can grieve the ending of a relationship, a change in circumstances, the life we thought we would have, or even a version of ourselves we no longer recognise.
Whatever grief you may be carrying, be gentle with yourself. Allow space for the difficult moments, but know that you are also allowed to notice and welcome the joy when it finds you 🤍

Well… I think I may have found my new favourite kind of client 🐴🖤
My first equine Reiki consultation today with this truly beautiful boy, Jet.
Jet has been feeling a little sore recently, so today was simply about meeting him, allowing him to get to know me and offering Reiki in a way that felt comfortable for him.
And I think it’s fair to say he rather enjoyed it 🥹
Watching him soften, lower his head and eventually lean right into me was just beautiful.
There’s something incredibly special about working with an animal, no expectations, no words needed, just connection, trust and energy.
What an absolute privilege.
I think Jet enjoyed it.
I know I did. 🖤🐴
What does your body need? What is your mind holding? And beneath all the noise, what does your soul truly need?
My new 15 minute guided meditation, Listen • Integrate • Move Forward, is now available on Spotify. 🤍
This gentle meditation invites you to lie down, soften your body and create enough stillness to listen within.
We’ll begin by noticing what your body is communicating, before allowing any mental chatter to pass like clouds moving across the sky. Then, beneath the sensations of the body and the noise of the mind, you’ll be invited to listen to the quieter wisdom of your soul.
Perhaps you need peace, love, joy or rest. Perhaps you need a new routine, healthier boundaries or a better balance within a relationship.
Whatever arises, we’ll gently explore how you can begin integrating that need into your life—one small, meaningful step at a time.
Nothing to force.
Nothing to solve.
Simply a moment to listen, integrate and move forward with intention, kindness and trust.
You can listen now on Spotify. Search for Humankind Meditations and Mindful Living Podcast, or follow the link in my stories.
I hope it gives you exactly the space you need today.
Sending so much love,
Evie 🤍
