I’m Rachel, an Accredited Transformational Coach, Certified Angelic Reiki Practitioner and doTERRA Wellness Advocate, and I’m delighted to bring my Transformational Coaching and Reiki sessions to the Hotel.

In a world that can feel increasingly busy and noisy, I’m passionate about creating calm, nurturing spaces where you can pause, switch off and reconnect with yourself.

My work brings together transformational coaching, Reiki and simple self-care practices to support you in releasing emotional blocks, reducing overwhelm and creating a greater sense of calm and balance.

I believe that looking after ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, we simply need the space to slow down, listen to ourselves and understand what we need.

I’m passionate about helping people feel better and understand themselves better, so they can move through life feeling more grounded, rested, confident and connected.

AROMAReiki is a complementary wellbeing practice that combines intuitive Angelic Reiki with carefully selected essential oils and gentle massage techniques to create a deeply calming and restorative experience.

Your treatment begins a brief consultation, allowing me to intuitively select the oils and approach to support your individual needs. The combination of Reiki, essential oils and gentle massage is designed to encourage relaxation, grounding and emotional wellbeing, while creating space to release tension and reconnect with yourself.

As part of your experience, you’ll receive a bespoke essential oil blend to take home, allowing you to continue your self-care ritual and carry that sense of grounding and connection with you beyond the session.

Crystal Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice that combines the natural vibrational qualities of crystals with the gentle, restorative energy of Angelic Reiki.

Each crystal is traditionally associated with a different energetic quality and chakra, creating a deeply calming and restorative experience designed to support relaxation, balance and a sense of inner harmony.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself.
