Poolside Tropic essentials ☀️🏊‍♀️

I’m by the pool, so obviously I’ve been thinking about skincare… 😂

These are the Tropic products I’ve actually got with me today.

What’s the one thing you never go to the pool or beach without?

Things I wish I’d known about skincare sooner…

1️⃣ More products doesn’t mean better skin.

Honestly, you do NOT need a bathroom shelf that looks like a skincare aisle. 😂

2️⃣ Your skin barrier is important.

If your skin feels tight, sore, dry or suddenly reactive, throwing even more products at it probably isn’t the answer.

3️⃣ SPF isn’t just for holidays. ☀️

Yes, even in the UK. Yes, even when it’s cloudy. And yes, I know I’m starting to sound like your mother. 😂 I wear it every day rain or shine in or out

4️⃣ Your skin changes.

What worked brilliantly five years ago might not be what your skin needs now. Hormones, age, weather, stress and lifestyle can all make a difference.

5️⃣ Consistency beats a complicated routine.

A simple routine you actually stick to will always win over 14 products you use once every three weeks!

And probably the biggest thing I’ve learnt after 9 years with Tropic…

Skincare should work for YOU.

Not the other way round.

Nine years. NINE! 😱💚

When I started my Tropic journey back in 2017, I honestly had no idea where it would take me.

Nine years later… I’m still here, still loving the products, still learning, still growing, and most importantly, still surrounded by the most amazing people. 🥰
