Tonight I had the privilege of speaking to the wonderful staff at Inclusion College about menopause. It was my first ever presentation, and as someone with ADHD and RSD, it meant more to me than I can explain.
Their kindness, openness, and curiosity reminded me why these conversations matter so much.
I feel empowered, grateful, and ready to keep sharing knowledge that supports women, validates their experiences, and brings us together.
