When I meet a client for the first time, I work conservatively first.
Why? Because everybody’s muscles, metabolism, lifestyle and desired outcome are different.
You can ALWAYS add more at your 2–4 week review.
You can’t take it out once it’s in.
My approach is:
✨ Start subtle
✨ Review properly
✨ Adjust where needed
✨ Keep results balanced and natural
That’s not being “stingy” with product… that’s being a safe, experienced practitioner who genuinely cares about your face long term.
If you want frozen straight away with no proper review process, I’m probably not the practitioner for you, and that’s okay 🤍
