It's really good.My only criticism would be that Mr.McCullough doesn't seem to recognise the value of a whole food plant-based diet.But on all the other stuff , he's absolutely bang on and it really is dynamite. If he can do that with current technology, what will our government do this a totally controllable central bank digital currenty! Keep cash live - avoid businesses that don't take cash. Make a habit of drawing out say £100-200 per week and spending it. You don't have to have change clinking in your pocket if you don't want to: spend notes for the bulk of it, and pay the oddsies on your card. Simples eh?

You just need some vegan gnocci, and a nice good sized butternut squash and you’re away. Make sure you check the gnocci ingredients, as a lot of them slip cow’s milk in for some bizarre reason. I used, Rani brand plain gnocci from Sainsbury’s – though most of their range have decidedely non-vegan ingredients. I used the plain one which fortunately is made specially for pan frying and so works well in the oven.

I finally got around to pulling together a more healthy mainly wholemeal & lower sugar version than most versions on the web. I have to say I’m simply staggered by the amount of sugar vegan influencers allow in their recipes. The first recipe I looked up had 80% sugar compared to the flour – & the flour was all white. I substituted a mostly wholewheat flour for the white so it was 73% wholewheat. The sugar I reduced so it was down to 53% – it will be sweet enough – especially with the frosting. I bumped up the baking powder a bit. I might use whipped aqua faba next time……
