Easy homemade hummus!
Packed with vitamins and minerals, research shows a variety of health benefits, including helping fight inflammation, improving blood sugar control and better digestive health.

1 can chickpeas
3 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs tahini
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt
2-3tbs water, if needed.

Simply put all ingredients into a bowl and blend.

You can play around by adding your own flavours. I’ve used turmeric and a lemon and herb seasoning on this one.
