The Platysma Band Botox, also known as Nefertiti Lift, is one of my favourite uses of neuromodulators. It involves precisely injecting Botox into the platysma muscle to smooth neck bands and lift sagging skin, creating a more youthful and contoured look.

How it works:
Botox is injected into the platysma muscle, which extends from the jawline to the collarbone. The Botox blocks nerve signals that cause the muscle to contract, resulting in relaxation. This softens the appearance of neck bands and can also improve horizontal lines. Injections along the jawline can further enhance jawline definition, offering a more sculpted appearance, similar to the Nefertiti lift.

The treatment usually takes 10-15 minutes, and results last for 3-4 months. Regular treatments can help prevent the development of new neck bands.
