Vitamin B12 deficiency is common according to the NHS and Royal College of Physicians - a contributor to increased fatigue, nausea, lack of energy, depression, confusion, pale complexion, vision issues, forgetfulness and many other symptoms.
B12 injections are recommended every 2-3 months.
