You will enjoy daily yoga (all abilities including beginners) daily healthy juicing with Ewa, Relaxing therapeutic massage, afternoons exploring the beautiful Algarve including a trip to the local olive farm, wine tasting at the vineyard, swim and float in the sea lakes and mindful walking on the beaches.
