Rebecca Skin & Wellness
My name is Rebecca knubley
I am a Skin and Massage Specialist with over 12 years of experience working around the world in Luxury Spa's and Luxury Yachts.
My journey into wellness began with my own struggles with skin as a teenager, which inspired me to understand how deeply our inner health is connected to what we see on the outside.
I specialise in Face Sculpting Buccal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Stretching, And Medical Skin Treatments combining advanced techniques with a holistic approach to create results that truly last. My treatments
There’s a reason celebrities love lymphatic drainage massage… ✨
It helps you feel lighter, reduces the appearance of puffiness, and leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
But the real question is… why shouldn’t you treat yourself? 🤍
Book your appointment with me today and experience THE LYMPHATIC for yourself.
Please note: This is a wellness treatment and is not a medical treatment.
In a world of endless screens, busy schedules, and constant stress, genuine human touch has never been more important.
When we’re living with high cortisol and always “on,” it shows not just in how we feel, but in our faces too. Tension, dullness, puffiness, and fatigue can all become part of our everyday look.
My hands-on lifting and sculpting facial is designed to do more than care for your skin. Through intentional touch and massage techniques, it helps calm your nervous system, release built-up facial tension, encourage healthy blood flow, increase oxygen to the skin, and restore your natural glow.
This is your time to slow down, reconnect, and let your body move into a state of rest. The result? A lifted, sculpted, radiant complexion that looks refreshed not because it’s covered up, but because it’s supported from within.
Sometimes the most powerful treatment isn’t another product it’s the healing power of human touch. ✨

Is it normal to cry during a TMJ release massage?
Absolutely, yes. It's also normal if you don't cry so don't think there's something wrong with you if you don't release your tear ducts during this treatment.
The Jaw is deeply connected to our emotions and the longest cranial nerve in the body - The Vagus Nerve
The reaction typically isn’t from crying “in pain,” but rather the body responding to the sudden release of built-up stress.
Try this next time you feel neck tension 🤗
All you need is two yoga blocks! Place them on top of each other and do deep breathing for 5 mins. You'll thank me later, especially for “tech neck” your head weighs on average 4.5 - 5 kg imagine putting that much weight pressure on your neck and spine every day. Most of us do just by looking down at our screens or working above something. We are upright creatures so keep your phone at eye level, make sure your laptop is at or above eye level when working. And practice good posture, try this every night I promise your neck with Thankyou.

✨The largest lymphatic vessel in the body ✨
The abdomen is often called the “central drainage station” because:
💛 Major lymphatic vessels pass through the abdominal cavity.
💛 The diaphragm acts like a pump for lymphatic flow.
💛 Deep breathing and gentle abdominal work can support lymphatic movement.
💛 Relaxation of abdominal tension may improve comfort and digestive function.
Do you feel bloated or sluggish 🐌?
It’s important to know that lymphatic massage alone won’t directly treat bloating as it can occur for several reasons:
💛 Digestive gas
💛 Constipation
💛 Hormonal fluctuations
💛 Fluid retention
💛 Sluggish circulation
💛 Inflammation
💛 Stress
💛 nervous system dysregulation
However this treatment will support the body’s natural fluid movement and relaxation processes.
Your lymphatic system plays a key role in moving excess fluid and waste through the body. When this system slows down, everything can feel a little heavier and less comfortable.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support your body’s natural flow. It encourages circulation of lymphatic fluid, helps reduce the feeling of stagnation, and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and lightness throughout the body.
Many clients leave feeling less bloated, less puffy, and more like themselves again.
At Rebecca Knubley Skin & Wellness, treatments are always tailored to how your body is showing up on the day, because no two bodies feel the same.
✨ If your body is feeling heavy, congested, or out of balance, it might be time to reset.

A slightly different post today…
As we step into the Summer Solstice ✨ a time often associated with abundance, growth, and letting your inner light shine 💛 I can’t help but look back at where I was this time last year.
I’ve realised that reflecting on the past isn’t about comparison. For me, it’s a reminder not to take the good things for granted. Although, if you’re anything like me, your brain might prefer to skip straight past gratitude and head directly to, “You’ve achieved absolutely nothing” 🙃 before eventually catching up with, “Hang on… how did we actually get here?”
A lot can happen in a year.
Since the last Summer Solstice, I’ve left a career that shaped over a decade of my life as a private spa therapist in the yachting industry. Ben and I packed up our lives and moved from Cornwall to Bath. I took the leap into self-employment, building my own business from the ground up, offering treatments that I genuinely love. And now, in the plot twist I never saw coming… we’re preparing to welcome our first baby 🤪❤️.
Some days I still feel overwhelmed. Some days I feel anxious. But mostly, I feel incredibly grateful.
Grateful for the people I’ve met in Bath. Grateful for every client who has trusted me. Grateful for the conversations, connections, support, and encouragement along the way.
My years at sea taught me more about life than I could ever fit into one Instagram post. I met some wonderful people and visited places that still don’t feel real when I look back at the photos. I miss the crew community. I miss waking up in beautiful locations.
But I also learnt some valuable lessons.
One of the biggest? Money doesn’t make someone kind. Fame doesn’t make someone happier. And having everything doesn’t make someone fulfilled.
Working around some of the wealthiest people in the world was fascinating because, after a while, you stop seeing billionaires, celebrities, and “important people” as untouchable. You just see people. Humans with insecurities, worries, good days, bad days, and impossible expectations of themselves.
