I used to think I was the only person to experience the feelings of extreme doubt and fear when even thinking of trying something new.

I would watch others effortlessly float into trying new techniques, new roles, new situations.

Now I know more, I know it’s normal for new situations to feel scary. It’s literally our subconscious trying to keep us “safe”.

I have a new strategy… I say yes and worry later 😜

Confidence comes when you’ve practiced something over and over again.

Belief in yourself starts with the knowledge that you are capable of anything.

A few years ago the idea of stepping out of my comfort zone with techniques scared the stuffing out of me. Now I have a range of techniques up my sleeve and I’m still looking for my next favourite 😜

It’s easy to get caught up in the goal setting, manifesting, boss bitch energy at the end of the year.

Before you do that, take a moment to take in all the amazing things you have achieved over the past few years.

Sometimes the biggest achievements are internal and cannot be measured by likes or views.

I’m so excited to see what 2025 has in store, but I’m definitely taking a moment to appreciate the journey I’ve already been on.
