New blog is now live;

What Is Spinal Flow? A Simple Guide for Complete Beginners

I wrote this because most people are curious about Spinal Flow, but they do not always know what to ask.

The blog covers:

What Spinal Flow is
What it is not
Whether you stay fully clothed
How gentle touch works
How it differs from massage, chiropractic care or Reiki
What to expect if you feel nervous
Why people choose this kind of support

There is no jargon.
No dramatic claims.
No pressure.

Just a clear, simple guide for anyone wondering whether Spinal Flow might be something they would like to explore.

When I say Spinal Flow uses gentle touch, I really do mean gentle.

This is not deep pressure.
It is not forceful.
It should not feel painful.
It is not about pushing the body into change.

During a session, light touch is used on specific access points. These points are connected to the spine and nervous system.

Some people notice warmth.
Some feel deeply relaxed.
Some become aware of tension.
Some feel emotional.
Some feel very little at first.

None of that is wrong.

Your body does not need to perform.
You do not need to make anything happen.
You simply notice what you notice.

That is often where the work begins.

Have you tried gentle body-based support before?

Feeling nervous before your first Spinal Flow session?

Completely normal.

Most people have questions before they book.

Will it hurt?
Do I have to undress?
Will I have to talk about everything?
What if I do not know what I need?
What if I feel awkward?

You stay fully clothed.
The touch is gentle.
You can ask questions.
You do not have to explain your whole life story.
You can go at your own pace.

You do not need to arrive calm.
You do not need to know the right words.
You do not need to understand Spinal Flow perfectly before you come.

A first session is partly about getting familiar with the space, the process and me.
You are allowed to be curious and nervous at the same time.

Send me a message if you would like to ask a question before booking.

What is it…?

Spinal Flow is not massage.
It is not chiropractic care.
It is not Reiki.
It is not counselling.
It is not a medical treatment.

It does not diagnose conditions.
It does not replace medication.
It does not promise instant results.

Spinal Flow is a gentle technique using light touch on specific access points connected to the spine and nervous system.

The aim is to support the body in a calm, safe and respectful way.

I know trying something new can feel a bit strange at first. That is why I will always explain what is happening before we begin.

No mystery.
No pressure.
No weirdness.

Just gentle support, at your pace.

Save this if you have been curious but unsure what Spinal Flow actually involves.

Have you heard of Spinal Flow but thought...

β€œWhat actually is it?”

Fair question.

Spinal Flow is a gentle, body-based technique that works with the spine, nervous system and areas of tension held in the body.

You stay fully clothed.
There is no cracking.
No deep pressure.
No forcing the body.

It is a calm, non-invasive approach that gives your body a safe space to settle, soften and reconnect. The body coming into a place of safety is paramount to whether the body can start healing, if it's not in a place of safety the body cannot heal.

It is not medical treatment and it does not replace seeing your doctor or healthcare professional.

But for many people, it offers something they have been missing;

a quiet space to pause
a chance to listen to the body
a gentle form of support when life has felt a lot

Curious? You are welcome to ask questions before booking.

Message me if you would like to know whether Spinal Flow could be right for you.
