We are incredibly excited to have all of our awesome clients back! What a Monday it has been?! As you can imagine, there are a few items that we need to make you aware of to keep you safe...

CLIENT HEALTH CHECK QUESTIONNAIRE

You will be asked to fill out and sign a questionnaire which outlines your current state of health in relation to COVID19. This questionnaire will be in line with our GDPR and Data Protection policy. This is to ensure that we keep you, our clients and staff safe.

FACE COVERINGS

Please be aware that face coverings/masks are required to be work unless you are exempt. Please, where possible, wear your mask during your visit and during your treatment.

REFRESHMENTS

As previously, we are unable to offer refreshments at this time. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own source of hydration and reading material.

HYGIENE

For best practice, out staff will be adhering to the hygiene measure outlined by the Government and we hope that you can join us in following those too. We will be ensuring regular hand-washing and that our stations are cleaned thoroughly between clients. We must all play our part in this so please ensure you wash your hands on arrival and departure.

APPOINTMENTS

As you can imagine, there is a lot of hair to cut! Therefore, we appreciate if you could arrive promptly to your appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

It is an incredibly busy time, but if you can't make you appointment, then please give us 24 hours notice. Failing to do so could result in a cancellation fee. Also, it could be withholding someone else from feeling like their best post-salon self!

PATCH TESTING

If you are booked in for a colour of any description, it is incredibly important to have a patch test at least 24 hours before the service, otherwise your service cannot go ahead. Please make us aware if you have had COVID19 or the vaccine, or if you haven't had patch test in the last 6 months. Failing to do the patch test and going through with the appointment will result in a charge.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
