Therapy room in Bath. Also provide mobile services (up to 10 miles).
I offer calming, restorative Swedish massage to people who carry a lot- carers, sensitive souls, and anyone feeling the emotional and physical effects of hormonal changes.
🤍Yesterday I welcomed a lovely lady- a hardworking mum and carer who spends her days looking after everyone else.🤍
😌For one quiet hour, she had space to breathe and relax.
At the end she said she felt like a new woman ☺️
And that's why I do this.
If you're carrying the weight of a busy life, remember your body deserves a moment too.
Mobile massage prep for another hot evening 🥵🔥🥵🔥
☀️ Today is the summer solstice-the longest day of the year. ☀️
☀️ It's a good reminder to pause, get some fresh air, and notice how light affects how we feel. ☀️
☀️ The same sunlight that brightens the sky also lifts our mood, helps our muscles relax, and supports better sleep. ☀️
💛If your body has been holding tension, this is a good time of year to reset and look after yourself 💛
New for treatments- lavender liquiwax
🪻Lavender is great for soothing the nervous system, supporting hormonal balance, reducing stress and anxiety, and encouraging deeper breathing and rest 🪻
It is also feels lovely and is super nourishing for your skin💜

I recently received a massage from Erica and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly manner.
Her technique is both professional and intuitive — she really listens to your body and adapts the pressure perfectly. I left feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and with noticeably less tension.
You can truly tell she cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist. I’m already looking forward to my next session.
