This is Wendy, my first bride of the season. We went for slight retro vibes for her hair and makeup with winged liner and a puff on her bob hair style. Giving a little nod to elegant 60s Jackie O style which worked beautifully with her dress straight out of a fairy tale.

There is nothing quite like having your spine partially dissolved to act as a powerful wakeup call and invitation to get really clear about your life and how you wish to live it.

I feel I have been given a second chance, it was touch and go for a while and I received some pretty daunting prognosis's of how I would heal but thankfully things look to be heading in a much more positive direction.

Gratitude is something I have been feeling a lot of!

I want to send out a big thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey with financial contributions and kind messages of love and good wishes.

Sometimes a crisis is needed to show us how supported we are even if that support doesn't come from the places you expect it to!

I would like to share an update, after nine months of treatment and continuous wearing of a back brace that has stabilised my spine as the disease has been bought under control and hopefully eliminated🤞🤞🤞 I am beginning to slowly re navigate the world and making the transition of not wearing it all the time. In short I am getting better🌻🌻🌻

I will be keeping my Go Fund Me campaign active while I make this transition as I still have to limit my activity and need a lot of rest time in between. Your contributions really help me not to rush this process and support me during this final rehabilitation period and re-entry into playing a more active role in the world again 🙏

Without the financial aid I have received I really don't know where I would have been in all this and it has been a vital support towards my medical and living expenses over what is almost a year now.

Apart from this I have also been blessed with an earth angel that has helped me with all the practicalities such as arranging shopping, food and numerous trips back and forth to the hospital etc during this period for without whom I don't know how I would have got through this!

To say this has been a ride is an understatement, this saying has really rung true 'when you are in hell keep going'!
Whatever you might be traversing in your life right now this is a message to say keep going!

With the right attitude (and support) what doesn't kill us DOES make us stronger.
Sometimes Kali comes along to show us just how strong we really are! 🔱🔥🔱🔥🔱
