⚽️ WORLD CUP FOOTBALL CARD FUNDRAISER ⚽️

As many of you know, my football-mad niece Annicia has been playing football for a while now, but she signed for Bathgate Thistle 2018/2019 Girls this weekend and is absolutely loving being part of the team. She's already training every Friday and is eagerly awaiting the start of games. 💙⚽️

To help raise funds towards new training tops for the girls, she has decided to run a World Cup-themed football card.

💷 Winner receives £120
👕 The remaining £120 goes towards new training kits for the girls

Our Kids discos are due to take place next Friday (8 May) but ticket sales have been low. Can you please help us spread the word and share this post to try and boost sales? The discos are always great fun for the kids (and adults!) and it would be such a shame to have to cancel. And all funds raised go into running the procession 🤩

The main disco will be from 7pm to 10pm with the wonderful Miracles DISCO keeping the kids entertained with lots of games and dancing 🕺

Refresh and reminder of the deposit scheme within the Salon.

(This updated policy will be, as usual, displayed within the salon. If anyone has any difficulties with it please feel free to contact me direct. As usual, I will do my best to get back to you within 48 hours, usually sooner).

As you all know I am a small business which solely runs on the income I earn myself.
I have a great clientele and try my best to accommodate everyone with appointments and fit them in when they need.

Unfortunately though I am seeing an increase on last minute cancellations or no show appointments and this has a huge impact on the business and as you can imagine this affects me financially. This takes me away from my family time when not necessary and also impacts other clients who I've maybe been unable to offer the appointment to. I understand that life happens and sometimes certain things come up but seeing a repeating occurance is something I am struggling with. Therefore, from today the original deposit scheme has been altered slightly as follows:

• All colouring services will require a non refundable deposit of £25 to be paid at time of booking, either via cash or bank transfer, before an appointment is confirmed.

• Hair extensions services will require a deposit of 50% of the fitting cost (non refundable) as well as the full cost of the hair to be paid at time of booking. Once the hair is ordered this cost is non refundable and the hair is yours to take if you cancel.

• All appointments require a minimum 48 hour cancellation period in which you forfeit your deposit if less than that time, but you will still have the option to reschedule.

• Appointments cancelled less than 48hours: -24hours will require 50% of total service cost to be covered.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24hours and No Show appointments will require 100% of the total service cost to be paid.

• If depoists aren't paid or outstanding balances are ignored then unfortunately no new appointments will be made until cleared.

Please read through the deposit scheme and take on board our policy before confirming your appointment as once deposit is paid you agree to our terms.

It is unfortunate that I need to reiterate this policy but it’s nothing personal to anyone just good business practice in a very difficult economic climate.
