Another fine athlete, unfortunately suffering from a mild injury. Gastroc was loaded up and Flexor Digitorum overworking . New carbon shoes have contributed to plantar tightness and all part of this complex disfunction

7th again . 21 on the start list but only 11 starters in my age cat. This means only positions 1,2 and possibly 3 will quslify (top 25%) We were mixed in with younger age cat..
