Not everything has to be perfect to work - I say it all the time.
This result came from a course of 6 radiofrequency treatments and simple but intentional product use.
The first 4 were done weekly.
Then there was a 9 week gap.
Treatments 5 and 6 were then completed a week apart.
Sometimes life is busy and courses don’t work out perfectly.
However, I was confident enough in the technology I use and my experience to allow that gap and still achieve incredible results for my client.
And this is where we are now.
Skin looks firmer, lifted, softer through the mouth and chin, and overall just healthier.
What this really shows is two things:
Consistency matters - but it doesn’t have to be rigid or all-or-nothing.
And once the skin has been targeted properly, it holds onto that work.
There’s a lot online that makes you feel like you need complicated routines, constant treatments and to keep up with trends.
You don’t.
I’ve been doing this long before social media and “transformations” were even a thing.
Results have always come from understanding the skin and the client properly - and working with both consistently over time.
This client has followed a plan that works for her lifestyle.
Nothing excessive and no ten-step routine.
She uses 4 things from me - 2 skincare products and 2 supplements. That’s it.
It’s about using the right things, in the right way, with proper professional guidance.
So many people are using random products they’ve picked up online because they feel nice or sound good.
But without direction, it becomes noise.
Cutting it back, keeping it consistent, and allowing me to guide what your skin actually needs - that’s what gets results and keeps them.
Save this for when you’re ready to commit.
And if you’re ready now, the link is in my bio to book.

If I could get every client to understand one thing, it’s this:
You cannot out-treat inflammation if what’s happening internally isn’t being supported.
Omega balance plays a huge role in how your skin behaves. I see it time and time again with clients who are doing all the right things on the outside… investing in good skincare, having regular facials… and yet their skin is still reactive, breaking out, or not holding hydration the way it should.
And often, this is where the missing piece sits.
The problem is, most people are guessing.
Picking up an omega supplement because it says “high strength” or “premium” doesn’t mean it’s right for your body. The quality can vary massively, some oils are already oxidised before you even take them, and not everybody absorbs or utilises them in the same way.
So you can be taking something consistently and still not getting the benefit.
That’s why testing matters.
When you test, you take the guesswork out of it. You can actually see your omega balance, understand what your body needs, and adjust your intake properly rather than hoping for the best.
I’ve seen clients who thought they were doing everything right, but their results showed their levels were still completely off. Once we corrected that, their skin started to behave very differently… calmer, stronger, more resilient and the little red flags I look for during consultation started to shift and change = progress.
This isn’t about taking more supplements.
It’s about taking the right ones, in the right amounts, that your body can actually use.
Your skin is often a reflection of what’s going on internally. If inflammation is high, your skin will show it.
If you’re struggling with ongoing breakouts, redness, sensitivity or dryness that doesn’t seem to shift, this is always something worth looking at.
If you’re curious about your own levels, just message me and I can talk you through how the testing works or send you more information.

25 years ago I stepped into the beauty industry for the first time.
I was 16, studying beauty therapy during the week and working Saturdays in a tiny wooden log cabin retreat.
Most Saturday girls started by cleaning and folding towels (I still love folding the towels)
But the two women who owned the cabin saw something in me and invested in my CACI training when I was still very young. I was told at the time I was the youngest in the UK to qualify with them.
Back then the industry was very different. CACI was booming and newspapers widely reported that Princess Diana had experienced the treatment with her personal therapist and was “absolutely delighted” with the results.
But what stayed with me wasn’t the technology. It was the way those women cared for their clients.
There were no phones in treatment rooms, no social media chasing “wow transformations”, and no constant stream of new treatments launching every week.
Instead there was time to learn how to care for people properly, understand skin and build relationships with clients who returned year after year.
Over the years I worked in award-winning salons and exclusive spas across the UK. I even trained initially as a film and TV make-up artist before realising my real passion was working directly with my clients in the treatment room - more about that later.
When I worked in that little cabin at 16, I remember how special it felt to work somewhere calm and away from busy salons. I always planned one day to have a place like that of my own.
Looking back now, every step led me to building my own cabin and recreating the feeling of that very first job.
25 years later I’ve created my own little haven - a quiet space where women can rest, be cared for and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
And I’m still incredibly grateful to the two women who believed in a 16-year-old girl in a tiny wooden cabin all those years ago 🤍

Simple routines often produce the best long-term results.
Excess exfoliation and unnecessary actives can disrupt barrier lipids and increase TEWL.
