A little reminder about my cancellation policy 🤍

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to change. I also completely understand that nobody likes paying for a service they didn’t receive — and I truly don’t take that lightly.

However, my appointments are my work, my time, and my income. When a cancellation or reschedule happens with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is very difficult for me to fill that space, especially at short notice.

I always try my best to accommodate everyone by offering early morning appointments and late finishes, because I genuinely want to make appointments work around my clients’ lives.

Just like you wouldn’t want me to cancel your appointment the night before, I also kindly ask for that same respect in return. No one would be expected to attend their job with zero hours’ notice, and my appointments are no different.

I completely understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always be as understanding as I can 🤍 This policy is simply there to protect my time, my work, and my small business.
